Hotstamping
Hung Kuan has been a trusted provider of plastic injection products to brands such as Dell, HP, and Samsung for over 25 years. We started as a small plastic manufacturing company, but have since expanded to include additional secondary services. One of the services we offer is “Hot Stamping”.
Hot stamping is a process where inks are printed onto a product using heated stamps. This popular method of printing is useful for adding descriptions, instructions, and logos to plastic products without the risk of smudging and illegibility as the ink cures at room temperature. As hot stamping is a dry stamping method, it avoids the use of volatile chemicals and no toxic fumes are produced in the printing process.
This method is cost effective as no additional ventilation systems are required for printing and the lead time is greatly reduced as the ink dries instantly. For a more refined look, metallic finishes can be visually mimicked by using foils or specialty films. In addition, custom designs can also be cast from metals such as brass, copper, or steel to further increase the depth and detail of hot stamping.
As you navigate the numerous aspects of plastic manufacturing, we want Hung Kuan’s expertise to be your asset. When deciding on a plastic injection manufacturer, it is important to consider more than just the price of a quotation. Most customers require more than just basic manufacturing; instead of trying to find multiple vendors for a complete product, Hung Kuan’s full-service plastic solutions can save you time and money. You can simply send us a concept and watch as we deliver the completed product to you according to your specifications.
Our goal continues to be the solution to all your plastic manufacturing (and complementary services) needs. We are constantly improving our processes to ensure that we exceed our customers’ expectations.
